Terms of service

Teskooano is run by Tane Piper, the Netherlands. These terms apply when you use teskooano.space, the simulator, the API and the MCP server. Last updated 30 October 2026.

Using Teskooano

• You can use the simulator without an account. Some features need you to sign in with GitHub, Google or Steam, and paid features need a paid plan.
• An account is for one person. Don't share it, resell access to it, or use it to power a public service.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the site, the API or the MCP server, and don't scrape or copy the app or its data.
• The systems you make are yours. By saving them on Teskooano you let me store them and show them to the people you share them with.

Buying a plan

Our order process is conducted by our online resellerPaddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle'sbuyer termsapply to your purchase.

• Prices are in euros and include VAT. They are listed on theplans page.
• Subscriptions (Adventurer, Explorer and Pioneer) renew each month or year until you cancel. When you cancel, you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• Lifetime is a single payment for every Pioneer feature for as long as Teskooano runs, including future features, and every app update. It includes 12 months of API and MCP access and cloud storage; after that, they are the optional Cloud add-on.
• Paid plans include fair-use limits on storage and API use, shown on the plans page.
• Refunds are covered by my refund policy.

Changes and availability

• I work to keep Teskooano running, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
• I may change features and prices. A price change applies to a subscription from its next renewal, and I tell you before it does.
• I may close an account that breaks these terms. If I close a paid account without a breach, I refund the unused part.
• I am not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.

Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If I change them, I update this page and the date above.
